Music On-Hold Messaging
Frequently Asked Questions

Got a question the answer should be below... If not give us a call!

Is my telephone system compatible?

Most modern telephone systems are Music On-Hold ready. If your office phones have a 'Hold' button then your phone system almost certainly has the capability to play On-Hold Marketing. To be sure, find your telephone PBX exchange (usually a big grey box with lots of wires!), and look for a connection marked "MOH" which stands for Music On-Hold. The majority of VoIP systems have the ability to load audio files direct on to the system.

What equipment do I need?

If you are already playing music to callers on hold you’re all set up and ready to go. We just need to know is if you have a CD or MP3 player attached to your telephone system. If your telephone system has a MOH port then you will need one of our Digital MP3 Players if you don't already have one. We also provide an installation service if required.

How long is the finished recording?

As long as you like. Our On-Hold Marketing packages start at 4 minutes, with no maximum duration. All our packages include script writing, promotional messages recorded by a professional voiceover artist and one music track. The audio can be supplied as an MP3/Wav file or on CD.

What if I want to update a message in the future?

Not a problem. Simply email us the details of the message(s) you would like to update and we’ll do the rest. Updates are usually supplied in 3 working days. if you would like to update several messages on a regular basis then our Update Packages are great value for money.

How much does it cost to update a message in the future?

Updates are £69+VAT per message. We only charge for the message(s) you wish to update, unlike other providers who sometimes charge for the whole production. Purchase an updates package to save money on every update.
